IT Helpdesk Technician (Level 2)

We’re a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Dallas, looking for an experienced, client-focused Helpdesk Technician (Level 1.5–2) who already knows their way around Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and basic networking. 

This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone who can jump into real-world issues and solve them confidently. 

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Supporting clients remotely and on-site across M365, Windows, networking, etc. 
  • Troubleshooting firewalls (SonicWall/WatchGuard), Hyper-V VMs, and shared drives 
  • Managing and configuring Microsoft 365 accounts, mailboxes, and policies 
  • Basic server tasks: GPO, AD user/group management, RDP setup, etc. 
  • Working with ConnectWise Manage & Automate 
  • Delivering great customer service with strong documentation 

 

🧰 Must-Have Skills 

  • Microsoft 365 Admin experience (Exchange, licensing, etc.) 
  • Windows Server (2016–2022), Hyper-V familiarity 
  • SonicWall or WatchGuard basic configuration 
  • Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, printing, and endpoint issues 
  • Solid written/verbal communication
